Withdrawing Consent: Where ph 2026 relies on your consent as the legal basis for processing, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by updating your communication preferences in your account settings or by contacting customer support. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

- KYC and Identity Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required by anti-money laundering regulations.
- Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the date of the transaction, in compliance with financial record-keeping obligations.
- Customer Support Records: Retained for two (2) years following the resolution of the relevant support interaction, unless the records are relevant to an ongoing legal claim.
- Technical and Analytics Data: Retained for a maximum of thirteen (13) months from the date of collection, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
- Marketing Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your marketing subscription and for three (3) years following withdrawal of consent, to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.

Section 12
Children's Privacy
The ph 2026 platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. ph 2026 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
If ph 2026 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be closed. Any deposits made by an underage player will be returned (less amounts already wagered), and all winnings will be forfeited.
