Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph 2026 ("ph 2026," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph 2026 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the platform.

By accessing the ph 2026 website, completing the registration process, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph 2026 may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the ph 2026 platform, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on ph 2026. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must not register using a false identity, an identity belonging to another person, or any fictitious personal details.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all account information remains accurate and up to date. You may update your details by contacting ph 2026 customer support.
• ph 2026 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Upon successful registration, ph 2026 will create a player account denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals will be processed in PHP unless otherwise specified for a particular game or promotion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ph 2026 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your ph 2026 account on your behalf.

ph 2026 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

Deposits & Payments

ph 2026 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all of which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

• GCash — deposits reflect in your ph 2026 wallet within seconds of confirmation.
• PayMaya / Maya — same-day processing for all verified transactions.
• Bank Transfer — accepted from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Processing times vary by bank but are typically same-day for transfers initiated during banking hours.
• Debit Card — Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. ph 2026 does not accept third-party deposits. Where a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, the deposit will be returned and the player account may be suspended pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit within your ph 2026 account. ph 2026 reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time, with or without prior notice.

All transactions on ph 2026 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). ph 2026 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ph 2026 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawals of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC — Know Your Customer) before any withdrawal can be processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of address.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.

ph 2026 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where additional verification is required under applicable anti-money laundering regulations. In such cases, ph 2026 will notify the player and specify the documentation required to release the withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

ph 2026 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph 2026 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to an unmet wagering requirement at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• ph 2026 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• ph 2026 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or any other method designed to circumvent the intent of the promotion.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ph 2026 platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real physical equipment monitored by independent auditors. The following rules apply to all gameplay on ph 2026:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by ph 2026 or any third party.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate and based on independent certification. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph 2026 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account on ph 2026.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the ph 2026 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on ph 2026.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the ph 2026 platform or any game, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond ph 2026's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

• Any loss arising from the actions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers integrated with the ph 2026 platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph 2026's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph 2026's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph 2026 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

Either you or ph 2026 may terminate your player account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Termination by You: You may close your ph 2026 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ph 2026 platform, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to the regulatory aspects of ph 2026's operations, players may also refer their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

Amendments to These Terms

ph 2026 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The following process applies to amendments:

• Non-material changes (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the Terms) may be made without prior notice.
